    心得交流站 : 要选用台湾辣豆瓣酱,才有它的独特风味。

    Step 1

    煮滚半锅水,加入适量盐和油,再加入巴古菜苗烫熟,捞起滤干水备用。Boil half pot of water with dash of salt and oil;blanch paku pakis until cooked,drain.

    Step 2

    烧热适量油,慢火炒豆松至干香备用。Heat some oil in wok,sauté Soya Bean Crumble until dry and fragran.

    Step 3

    用适量油爆香辣酱配料,再加入已炒香的香辣豆松炒匀,加入已烫熟的巴古菜拌匀,即可上桌。Saute spicy sauce with some oil until fragrant;toss in soy bean crumble,add in blanched paku pakis and stir to mix,dish out.
